The reconfiguration and full refurbishment of a listed Regency two-floor apartment. This maisonette was cut from a stuccoed 6-storey building and presented three distinct spaces with varying ceiling heights. The front portion enjoyed lovely period features and except for the floor and wall finishes this space was left pretty much alone to enjoy bespoke free standing joinery and furniture. We located the bedrooms and bathrooms to the rear of the ground and first floors and highlighted the quirkiness of the very low central section with a kitchen whose pliable materials bleed up and out. Purchasing extraordinary photography on behalf of our clients presented another layer to this handsome space.
